Insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings – Restructuring

The Firm has advised and continues to advise business owners and companies who are facing a crisis with all the difficulties that entails.

Moving from identifying the most appropriate approach to the type of critical issue, the Firm, with the essential support of financial advisors, can provide guidance to companies to put in place:

  • recovery plans under Art. 67 of the Bankruptcy Law, seeking sources of bridge financing and drafting and negotiating agreements to accompany implementation of the plan;
  • compositions with creditors, whether on a going concern basis or in liquidation, with an eye to preserving the value of the enterprise;
  • debt restructuring agreements under Art. 182-bis of the Bankruptcy Law.

If recovery is not possible, the Firm can provide assistance in bankruptcy proceedings, including in regard to any criminal implications thereof.
